PTC (Pay To Click) sites are websites that pay anything from $0.001 up to $0.02 per click for you to view advertisements.
Are they a scam?
Well you may find some sites are but the best i have come across is Neobux which pays instantly to your Paypal or other online account with a minimum payout of $2 its easy to start earning.
